Parental leave: At ACS we aim to create inclusive and flexible workplaces that support and enable all parents to take an active role in caring for their family and giving their children the best start in life.

Families come in all shapes and sizes, which is why our policies are designed to support all parents. ACS offers all employees who have completed 12 consecutive months of employment 8 weeks of parental paid leave full time or 16 weeks part time over a 24-month period. ACS will also continue to contribute superannuation when parents take unpaid leave for up to 52 weeks, which is inclusive of the 8 weeks of paid leave.

Christmas leave: Enjoy Christmas that little bit more with 2-3 additional leave days during our close period.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Sometimes life issues just happen, and you need a bit of extra support. Our EAP program provides confidential access to counselling support 24/7 for sustainable wellbeing. ACS also offers its employees 1 RUOK day to recharge your batteries.

Hybrid work environment: ACS promotes a hybrid work environment to allow employees to juggle work and their home lives. Employees can combine working from home and in the office to suit their individual needs. To promote team collaboration and innovation, we encourage a 40% rule. Two days a week in the office with the team, the other three work from anywhere.
