A freelance Recruiter is a professional responsible for finding potential talents for the company. Recruiters source and reach out to talents and ensure they’re a good fit for the company. In addition, they can help potential employees negotiate and follow up after being hired to ensure a proper match between talents and projects, and that new hires are adhering to quality and performance standards. We are willing to pay per hour for this freelance opportunity.

Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in a language-related field or industrial/operational psychology

Strong organizational, time management, English communication, and English writing skills

Takes initiative in developing and implementing efficient, creative solutions

Commitment to professional customer service

Excellent interpersonal and social skills

Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite; understanding of CAT tools preferred

Strong computer skills

Language industry experience

Preferred proficiency in a second language

Responsibilities:

Helping the Talent Acquisition Manager to source and recruit candidates in the languages services industry.

Helping the Talent Acquisition Manager to prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate freelance platforms.

Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications, and conduct interviews when appropriate.

Negotiate rates to fit the company’s budget for upcoming projects.

Promptly onboard new talents on our vendor portal.
