Job Description

  1. Patrol and Monitor:
    • Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify and address security risks.
    • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to detect and respond to suspicious activities.
  2. Access Control:
    • Control access to buildings, facilities, or designated areas by verifying identification and issuing visitor passes.
    • Ensure that only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
  3. Emergency Response:
    • Respond promptly to emergencies, such as alarms, accidents, or medical incidents.
    • Take appropriate action to resolve or escalate the situation and coordinate with emergency services if necessary.
  4. Report Writing:
    • Document and report incidents, disturbances, or any irregularities in a detailed and accurate manner.
    • Complete incident reports and provide clear and concise information for record-keeping purposes.
  5. Customer Service:
    • Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors.
    • Address inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
